IVSAINT operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• The item is in its original condition

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. IVSAINT will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Returns Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
